Aseptic Sanitary sampling Valve

IRVINE, Calif. - Feb. 13, 2018 - PRLog -- The sanitary aseptic sampling valve is mainly used for tank equipment or pipe samples collected inside the material. It is decontaminated before and after sampling. It has no dead ends and complete sterilization, and it is continuous and ready for sterile sampling. It is widely used in food, wine, beverages, dairy products, toothpaste cosmetics, bio-pharmaceuticals and other industries.

Principle of operation:

1. Bactericidal completely without dead ends.

2. Steam or alcohol can be used for in situ disinfection.

3. The steam requirement is dry because the condensate can damage the diaphragm. We recommend rapid replacement of the diaphragm after a number (usually about 100 times) of sampling or sterilization.

Technical options:

1. Specifications: 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4

2. Easy to disassemble

3. Solder, clamp, wire (the unit is mm or inches)

4. Working pressure: 6 bar

5. Operating temperature: minus 10 degrees Celsius to 120 degrees Celsius

6. Sterilization temperature: 120 degrees Celsius to 150 degrees Celsius

Material contact parts: 1.4404 / AISI 316L 1.4301 / AISI 304

8. Indoor surface contact product: Ra≤0.8μm

9. Seals: EPDM / PTFE / FDA 17.2600
