Jason's Deli Data Security Breach Class Action Investigation

 
TULSA, Okla. - Feb. 9, 2018 - PRLog -- Abington Cole + Ellery is currently conducting a class action investigation regarding a confirmed data security breach at national restaurant chain Jason's Deli. The breach reportedly affects more than 2,000,000 credit and debit cards from across the United States.

A customer notice from Jason's Deli states that customers who used payment cards at Jason's Deli from between approximately June 8, 2017, thru approximately late-December, 2017, may have had their information exposed.

The data security breach lasted for approximately 6 months, and breached information reportedly includes: cardholder name, credit or debit card number, expiration date, cardholder verification value, and service code.
