MIAMI - Jan. 27, 2018 - PRLog -- Two Miami newspaper are now implicated in covering up pertinent information regarding the World Patent Marketing scandal focused on Scott J. Cooper of Miami, Florida. Both the Sun-Sentinel and the Miami New Times have reported that self-proclaimed time travel scientist, Ronald Mallett, of the University of Connecticut, was a victim of the World Patent Marketing scam, by quoting Mallett's statements to that position. However, both Ron Hurbitise of the Sun Sentinel and Brittany Shammas of the Miami New Times had been given hard evidence that not only proved that Mallett was not a victim but was a willing participant in activities along with Scott J.Cooper, that violated Florida's law against misrepresentation and fraud in advertising, to the extent that the Office of the Florida Attorney General forwarded the evidence of such to the investigators at the Federal Trade Commission involved in shutting down World Patent Marketing for similar charges in their investigation.

Ron Hurtibise published a video report telling about how Cooper and World Patent Marketing had tried to get investors for Mallett's alleged time travel research and yet reported that Mallett never got any money as if there had been fraud on their part. The truth is that the FTC moved in before any money could've been raised and any money that would've been raised would have been done so while violating Florida State Law 187.06.

According to a Miami New Times article written by Brittany Shammas, Ronald Mallett was paid $5,000 to join the WPM advisory board and was promised a fund raising effort, one in which Mallett told Ravina Rawal, of Motherland Magazine, in a separate interview, could approach $500 million dollars. This, Shammas was aware of herself. The actual victims of World Patent Marketing lost money, sometimes their life savings, as Shammas' reported, yet she included Mallett's claim that he didn't get the funding he was promised either, as if that made him a victim as well. There is no evidence, whatsoever, nor any published by either reporter, that Mallett was victimized by Scott J. Cooper. In fact, Cooper had launched his effort to sell Time Travel X, the fund raising scheme for Mallett, in March, the very same month that the FTC acted to shut him down. There is also evidence, contrary to what Mallett told both Shammas and Hurtibise, that Mallett knew that WPM was in fact attempting to raise the money for him. and was only interrupted by the FTC shutdown of Cooper and WPM's activities.

Monday night, January 29th at 8 PM EST, talk radio host, Lorien Fenton will cover these facts as part of a wider look at the what has become the troubled career of Ronald Mallett, which is now the subject of two upcoming books and at least one video documentary in the works. In a new twist for radio, she will announce on air, a special web site where all of the pertinent evidence can be seen while she talks about it with her to be announced, special guest, who will share their intimate knowledge of the Mallett case, the case against WPM and Scott Cooper by the FTC and the apparent suppression by the two Miami newspapers of the true story of Ronald Mallett's involvement with WPM and their apparent plan to scam new investors for as much as $500 million dollars.
