By: NYC TLC Accessible Dispatch Program The NYC TLC Citywide Accessible Dispatch Program gives residents and visitors with disabilities greater access to green and yellow wheelchair accessible taxis. The program offers an expanded service area that will now accommodate not just Manhattan, but pick-ups and drop-offs in all five boroughs. New Yorkers with disabilities can now access the city like never before. Political and city officials along with members of NYC's community of people with disabilities will be in attendance to support the launch of the program.
