ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill. - Jan. 27, 2018 - PRLog -- BEST Inc. announces the release custom matrix tray program for odd-shaped electronic components that allows them to be run on a pick and place machine.
These custom trays are made from stainless sheets and are precision machined, allowing the nozzle to pick up these components from a select, known location. Teach the first location and then have a known spacing to pick from.
BEST Inc. will design, cut out and assemble these custom matrix trays to make your programming and parts handling job much easier. Simply send along the mechanical part specifications or sample components along with your overall custom matrix tray dimensional requirements. Within 2-3 days after approval of the check plot of the drawing, BEST Inc. will send the custom matrix tray made to your unique part.
"Prototype and small production run odd-shaped parts can be secured in the pick and place machine using these custom matrix trays allowing the parts to be run through the normal process" stated Chris Edwards BEST Product Manager.
