Global Executive Search Firm Host Leadership Forum

RICHMOND, U.K. - Jan. 9, 2018 - PRLog -- On Wednesday 29th November a Leadership Forum to debate the question, 'How Do Leaders Create a High-Performance Organisation?', was held in London by Miramar Global.

Miramar Global Executive Search is an executive search firm who recently underwent a merger with US based company DES Recruitment. For the Leadership Forum the firm partnered with Elite Performance Partners to hold the successful event at 6TH@SOHO on Broadwick Street in Soho, London. The forum aimed to give industry professionals the opportunity to discuss and debate how leaders can create a high-performance organisation.

On the day over one hundred senior leaders from the world of business and sport attended the forum. The event was led by three inspirational leaders: Gordon Wilson, CEO at Advanced and techUK Board Member, Jacqui Ferguson, NED at The Wood Group and Board Advisor at DocuSign and Dave Reddin, Head of Strategy and Performance at The Football Association. With a diverse blend of experience, the panel aimed to engage, influence and improve the audience's approach to performance, culture and growth.

The panellists agreed that people are the most important factor however, a high performing organisation is more than a group of people that work together. To achieve high performance, people must share a common vision, goal and purpose. High performing organisations will always have strong, inspirational leaders with integrity who lead by example with honesty and sincerity, showing commitment, passion and accountability.
