Conosco are finalists in the IT Service and Support Awards

LONDON - Dec. 21, 2017 - PRLog -- There's happy news for the holidays as managed services and security provider Conosco was announced as a finalist in the IT Service and Support Awards in the Best Small Enterprise Managed Service Provider category.

The awards (which have been running for over 23 years) recognise, promote and acclaim excellence, professionalism, innovation and the outstanding achievements of people and teams for the contribution that they make to the success of their clients' businesses.

Being named a finalist is in itself an accolade - the announcement of the award finalists was delayed this year due to the quantity and quality of entries received.

Conosco's award entry (a team effort from the support team, marketing, and management) highlighted how the Conosco team embrace best practice processes to raise the quality of service delivery, engage with customers to create an inspiring service experience, and demonstrate and deliver exceptional business value.
