January 8 – 9:

The 2-day Professional Scrum Master (PSM) course covers the principles and (empirical) process theory underpinning the Scrum Framework, and the role of the Scrum Master in it. This course is a combination of instruction and team-based exercises, and teaches what is at the heart of the Scrum and Agile movement.

PSM is the cutting-edge course for effective Scrum Masters and for anyone coaching a software development team toward increased efficiency and effectiveness. The course includes advanced thinking for servant-leadership and behavioural shifts.

January 10 - 11:

The 2-day Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) course provides the foundational knowledge needed to work with Scrum in a highly practical way. You will learn how to maximize the value of software products and systems. Product Ownership in Scrum today requires more than knowledge of how to write requirements or manage a Product Backlog. Professional Scrum Product Owners need to have a concrete understanding of everything that drives value from their products. The course is a combination of instruction and team-based exercises where students experience how the Scrum framework improves product development efforts.

January 12 – 13:

Agile Scaling Frameworks: training for Safe, Less, Nexus and more

While the Scrum Master plays an indispensable role at the team level, an agile leader and coach is needed to scale the agile culture across the enterprise. As many organizations are adopting agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, and Nexus, they are in need of agile leaders who can help them successfully adopt and scale agile for business success. Demands for organization agility is creating a lot confusion about which framework to choose? SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, Nexus or something else?

This workshop will try to have answer for this by exploring all frameworks, adoption techniques and skills to design an agile organization based on Product Development or Service Delivery. The training is also going to look deeper into the career path for Agile leaders. The workshop covers in depth about organization/business agility needs and wants along with few popular frameworks like LeSS and SAFe. We will also be exploring some organization models like Spotify and ING to understand the new way of working

April 23 – 24:

CSM Training
All CSM courses are taught by Trainers approved by the Scrum Alliance. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.

Trainers:

PSM, PSPO and Agile Scaling Frameworks Training are facilitated by Naveen Kumar. Naveen is a professional agile coach and Professional Scrum Trainer (PST). He is having 20 years of experience in software development and have worked with many organizations and on multiple technology stacks including .Net/C#, Java, Ruby, Python and JavaScript etc. Naveen is Certified LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) Practitioner and have helped organizations is agile adoption. He is one of the early adopter of DevOps practices and teaches DevOps culture, practices and tools to development team and operation team.

CSM Training is facilitated by Jeroen Molenaar. He is an eager and results-driven Scrum Trainer and Agile organization coach with a background in IT that evolved into Scrum Marketing. He has built broad experience as a ScrumMaster/Agile coach and has witnessed the ups and downs that every project faces in management, as well as in hands-on roles. This extensive knowledge and experience in the Scrum framework and Agile mindset has taught Jeroen to be a pragmatic, hands-on, yet creative problem solver. He enjoys teaching interactive and engaging classes; students don't sit still in his training.
