j5 International Expands by Opening New Global Marketing Office in Aberdeen

ABERDEEN, Scotland - Nov. 23, 2017 - PRLog -- The 1^st of November saw the opening of the new j5 International Global Marketing Office, with this now being the centralised location for j5's global marketing strategy.  j5 Operations Management Software has a track record for innovation, with the platform being used by over 80% of the downstream oil and gas refineries and almost 100% of the upstream oil and gas assets in Japan.  As a result, applications – such as the j5 Operations Logbook and j5 Shift Handover – matured in the Kaizen focused Japanese industries and j5 International are looking to replicate this success in other markets worldwide.

The new Global Marketing Office expands the company's presence, adding to j5's other international offices in Cape Town (South Africa), Houston (USA), Perth (Australia), Tokyo / Yokohama (Japan) and Douglas (Isle of Man).  The launch of the UK office has closely followed the establishment of the Singapore office, which opened at the beginning of 2017.

The establishment of the Global Marketing Office has provided new career opportunities to Victoria Singleton and Alessandro Andrea Favaro, who both have close ties to Robert Gordon University.  Victoria – j5's new Global Marketing Executive - is a recent International Marketing Management MSc, with Distinction graduate.  Alessandro – a second year BA (Hons) Communication Design student and Head of Design of RGU Radar Magazine – is combining theory with practice by working part-time for j5 as a Graphic Designer.  The growing international software company intends to build further links with Robert Gordon University in the future.
