Comet Signs LLC acquires Design Center Signs

SAN ANTONIO - Nov. 9, 2017 - PRLog -- Comet Signs is pleased to announce the acquisition of Design Center Signs in Tyler, Texas.  "This acquisition provides Comet Signs a strategic location in the growing East Texas market and includes a state of the art manufacturing facility, sign installation and service teams and a retail showroom specializing in custom signage and other branding elements such as promotional items, corporate apparel and business printing.  Design Center Signs is an excellent cultural fit and further increases Comet Signs' fabrication capacity; install reach and the ability to fully service our customers across the state of Texas and beyond," said Mikal Harn, President. The Tyler location will operate as Design Center Signs, A Comet Signs Company.

The Design Center Signs leadership team led by Paul and Nita Ingle, remains in place and adds depth and experience to the Comet Signs team.  Mr. Ingle will focus on regional and national account sales; Mrs. Ingle will be the General Manager of the Tyler organization.  Mr. Ingle is a past president of the Texas Sign Association and Greater DFW Sign Association and will be Chairman of the BBB of Central East Texas in 2018.
