The Atlanta, Los Angeles, Boston, Essex County and Manhattan communities are all deeply sadden by the loss of a beautiful soul who touched multiple communities and countless lives, Mrs. Traci Gibson Little.

After a long, courageous battle with breast cancer, Traci Gibson Little transitioned to her heavenly home with dignity and grace on Saturday, November 4, 2017 surrounded her family. She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband Milton J. Little, Jr, president of United Way of Greater Atlanta; her son Taylor Little, a freshman at Howard University; her stepson Dr. Milton T.M. Little; her loving grandchildren (Joi, Miles and Langston), siblings (Thomas, Terri, and Troy Gibson), and parents Dr. Thomas L. and Mrs. Patricia Gibson.

Traci was born in Los Angeles, California. She attended The Bishops Schools for Girls, an internationally known Episcopalian preparatory school in La Jolla, California. She studied at Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. After graduation with a dual degree in Economics and Latin America & Iberian Studies, Traci joined the cultural affairs division of the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee where she participated in the 1984 Opening and Closing Ceremonies. Traci completed graduate studies at Columbia University and Tufts University's Fletcher School of Law. She earned a Master's Degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. Majority of her career was spent in senior management at American Express.

Traci's greatest love was her family and friends. She held membership in The Links, Inc. (http://www.linksinc.org/about.shtml) and was impactful in Beverly Hills West, Los Angeles, California; Manhattan, New York; Essex County, New Jersey; Boston, Massachusetts and Buckhead Cascade Atlanta, Georgia chapters.  She participated in Jack and Jill of America, Inc (http://jackandjillinc.org/). She was influential in both the Los Angeles and Atlanta chapters. She was also a member of Atlanta Lawn & Tennis Association (ALTA (https://www.altatennis.org/)) at Chastain Park.

Traci's devotion to her husband and sons were unmatched and not to be duplicated. She was a jewel to everyone who knew her.  Final respects will be extended:
