New Opportunity for kids to become bilingual

      In a great show of bipartisan agreement, three U.S. presidents were recently reported to be bragging about their grandchildren's ability to speak another language: Presidents Bush, Clinton and Trump. All grandparents should have these bragging rights.

In fact, increasing numbers of parents realize that an early start learning a foreign language has great advantages. But, only 25% of elementary schools, public or private, offer any kind of foreign language instruction. What can parents do about this?
