Oct. 23, 2017 - PRLog -- In the first half of 2017, US trade with Iran was $78.0 million, down 28.67% ($31.3 million) from the first half of 2016.

US exports to Iran in the first half of 2017 were $41.3 million, down 42.51% ($30.6 million) from the first half of 2016.

US imports from Iran in the first half of 2017 were $36.7 million, down 2.10% ($0.8 million) from the first half of 2016.

US trade surplus with Iran in the first half of 2017 was $4.7 million, a 86.49% decrease ($29.8 million) over the first half of 2016.

Iran was the US 148th largest trading partner in the first half of 2017 (down from 135th in the first half of 2016), accounting for 0.0041% of US total trade (down from 0.0061% in the first half of 2016).

Iran was the US 146th largest export market in the first half of 2017 (down from 127th in the first half of 2016), accounting for 0.0055% of US total exports (down from 0.0101% in the first half of 2016).

Iran was the US 129th largest supplier in the first half of 2017 (down from 128th in the first half of 2016), accounting for 0.0031% of US total imports (down from 0.0034% in the first half of 2016).
