XS CAD Success Story with C4R in UK Project

REDDITCH, U.K. - Oct. 23, 2017 - PRLog -- Collaboration for Revit (C4R) technology was recently used successfully by XS CAD for a leading UK-based architect. C4R technology allows direct multi-user collaboration with Revit, working on the cloud from the same central Revit file. For the interiors of the 8th and 9th floors of a leading UK-based publishing house's office, XS CAD delivered an architectural 3D BIM model and construction drawings using Revit families on the basis of a Revit model, 2D sketches and floor plans provided by the architect.

Construction drawings of suspended ceilings plans, wall elevations, lighting plans, wall finish and floor finish were then used directly on the construction site. XS CAD suggested the use of C4R to their customer, thus avoiding project delays and further lagging by collaborating on the cloud, rather than using Revit server. This directly impacted the project being completed on time and on budget.
