Perfect Harmony of Malbec Wines and Premium Meat Dishes

GANGNAM-GU, South Korea - Sept. 21, 2017 - PRLog -- Park Hyatt Seoul's The Lounge is proud to present a "Meat and Malbec" promotion that features premium meat dishes paired with Argentine Malbec wines until 31 January, 2018. This amazing marriage between "Terrazas Malbec" wine, called "Beef wine", and meat dishes is priced at KRW 58,000 per person with a glass of wine priced from KRW 18,000.

The wines presented at this promotion are "Terrazas Single Vineyard Malbec", the essence of Argentine Malbec wines, and "Terrazas Reserva Malbec", a delicate and rich- flavored wine from those produced in the Terrazas winery in Mendoza, the finest Argentine wine producing region.

"Terrazas Single Vineyard Malbec" is priced at KRW 165,000 per bottle and is a representative product of Terrazas that uses only the Malbec varieties harvested in a single vineyard at an elevation of 1,067 meters, cultivated only from 1929 and matured in the finest original French Malbec wood.

"Terrazas Reserva Malbec" is priced at KRW 90,000 per bottle and KRW 18,000 per glass. It is an Argentine red wine that harmonizes perfectly with beef and is therefore called "beef wine". It features a smooth texture and an intense and complex aroma of fine tannins, black cherry, plum and chocolate.

Two kinds of meat dishes will be prepared by the chef. The Meat Platter is made up of veal ribs, pork ribs, Jeju grilled short rib patties, baked sweet potatoes, and fried potatoes, which go well with the Malbec wines. The price is KRW 82,000 for two people.

Or you can enjoy an Australian Black Angus tenderloin steak with chestnut puree, braised onions and red wine sauce, and appreciate the richness of its flavour. The price is KRW 58,000.
