JobFlare Pre-employment Testing Mobile App By CitrusBits

They also happen to be some of the key components of cognitive aptitude, which a wealth of research demonstrates to be one of the best predictors of on-the-job performance.

The idea for JobFlare was born out of a couple of trends we've noticed in the hiring industry:

1.       Employers are having a hard time finding qualified applicants for their positions. They're getting plenty of applicants in general, but not enough high-quality applicants. And many young or inexperienced job seekers are often overlooked for positions because they don't have much experience on their resume.

2.       More and more job seekers (particularly younger job seekers) are using mobile in their job search process.

3.  The idea of creating a positive candidate experience is becoming more and more important, making it necessary for employers to find ways to appeal to job seekers in new and engaging ways.

We came up with JobFlare as a solution to all three of these problems.
