• Find and tap Settings app on your iPhone.
• Scroll down to iCloud. Tap it.
• That will take you to your iCloud account.
• Scroll down to the bottom and tap Delete Account or Sign Out button.
• Tap Delete option that appears at the bottom of screen.
• Then tap Delete from My Phone or Delete Account option.
• Fill in the password for your Apple ID and then tap Turn Off or OK option.
• You'll be asked to choose what you wish to do with Safari data.
• Either tap Keep on My Phone or tap Delete from My Phone.
• Once you've signed out, tap iCloud.

Note*- To use another account, it's mandatory to sign out from the currently added account.

Fill in your Apple ID and password for the account you wish to add. If you've forgotten your Apple ID or password, go ahead and tap Forgot Apple ID or Password link located below Sign In option.  If you don't have an Apple ID, just go ahead and tap Create a new Apple ID option at the bottom of screen.
