Online Project Management Software ZilicusPM 13.2 Launched

Resource Report Filtering

Customers having hundreds of users in their ZilicusPM account, resource reporting enhancement is definitely a good news. Zilicus has made it simpler for project managers and portfolio managers to track project resources (allocated work, time spent, capacity, etc): filters in resource related reports have been provided. Using these filters project manager can selectively pick up resources which s/he would like to track (even by searching by name) thereby filtering resource selection before running reports.

Similarly time tracking reports can be filtered based on all/few selected resources in similar manner.

Meeting Manager - Calendar Event, Inviting Attendees

One of the most frequently used features in ZilicusPM is meeting manager. Meeting manager functionality is enhanced to search, pick up and meeting invitees. It is particularly quite helpful if you have hundreds of users in your account.

Additional Report
Zilicus (http://zilicus.com) has included project health report in ZilicusPM. It gives holistic picture for all selected projects of given portfolio in terms of project status, completion percentage, time, cost, issue, risks, start date, due date, etc. This report will serve as a one place to check health of all projects at one go. The report also shows the high level timeline or Gantt chart for projects filtered in this report.
