Local TV Personality is Paying it Forward Helping to Transform the Lives of More Than 100

ORLANDO, Fla. - Nov. 24, 2016 - PRLog -- More than 200 people are expected to attend the 4th Annual "Fall into Fabulous" Benefit Luncheon on December 3, 2016, in support of WOW Legacy Group, Inc. (WOW), which provides women with empowerment and skills for overcoming life's adversities.

Harbor House of Central Florida, a shelter for survivors of domestic violence, has partnered with WOW Legacy Group Inc. for three-consecutive-years in a mission to improve the lives of women in transition.

This year, Harbor House has nominated eight women, from its provisional housing program, to participate in an eight-week empowerment program which culminates into "Fall into Fabulous," a celebration that highlights their transformative accomplishments. The "Fall into Fabulous" Benefit Luncheon will take place at Majestic Life Church Event Center, 821 S. Kirkman Road, Orlando. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m., with the program starting at 12:00 noon, ending at 2:00 p.m.

Since 2012, "Fall into Fabulous" has helped more than 100 Central Florida women make positive and impactful changes in their lives. Veteran TV journalist and WOW founder, Secily Wilson, says, "I've gone through multiple life adversities and learned the true meaning of resilience. This is my way of helping other women write their "comeback story."  Proud of program participants' incredible display of commitment and perseverance, Wilson goes on to say, "These women have made the conscious choice to not allow life to keep them down after it has fallen apart, but instead choosing to Fall into Fabulous!"

"Being able to participate in "Fall into Fabulous" has allowed the survivors to restoratively build their courage and sense of self," notes Tekoa Pouerie, Harbor House Chief Development Officer. "The classes provided consistency and motivation to know that they can achieve the next steps on the road to self-sufficiency and empowerment," she continues.

This transformative program has experienced tremendous growth in its number of community partners.
