New Maturing Body Class Launches in Palm Coast

PALM COAST, Fla. - Nov. 22, 2016 - PRLog -- Personal trainer Artie Gardella - "Artie G", is pleased to announce that he has launched two new classes entitled 'Exercises for The Maturing Body' in Palm Coast. Artie has also recently released a series of five new DVD's with the same name as the classes.

"Senior fitness has become smarter over the years," said Artie. "In addition to the traditional strength and cardio exercises, we now focus on the special needs of the maturing body, including balance, coordination, quick response, range of motion, flexibility, bone density and even brain challenges," he added.

The new classes have begun at the First Baptist Church of Palm Coast, located at 6050 Palm Coast Parkway on Mondays and Thursdays at 9:15 am. Classes are ongoing and those interested can join anytime. Insurances with fitness coverage are accepted, otherwise, classes are charged on a donation basis.
