DENVER & NEW YORK - Nov. 3, 2016 - PRLog -- For people who wonder how their marketing, email and blog content is perceived by their audience, SLINGR Tone Analyzer, powered by IBM Watson™, is now available in Slack. Slack team members can easily paste plain text into the #slingr-tone-analyzer channel and receive immediate analysis that describes how their words might be interpreted by their readers.

"We're excited to be the first to connect IBM Watson™ to Slack," says Grace Schroeder, CEO of SLINGR.  "SLINGR applications are designed to make powerful cloud technologies work together, and to deliver data to users where they live.  Since Slack teams spend several hours per day in Slack, it's a natural place to showcase the powerful IBM Watson™ capabilities."

SLINGR is the first CRM and task management application designed from scratch to appeal to Slack users.  With SLINGR events processing engine, automatic triggers deliver data where it needs to be across all connected applications. SLINGRs IBM Watson™ endpoint gives SLINGR customers access to the entire array of Watson™ solutions integrated with the tools they love.

"We're just getting started with IBM Watson™," says Schroeder, "and we will continue to enrich Slack teams' access to a broad range of services. Soon you'll get a notification in Slack when Watson™ detects that your account relationship is going south based on your email traffic."

By incorporating analytics inside of work streams like Slack and email, SLINGR will have consolidated data that gives companies a "mood ring"  around communication styles that they can use to coach and improve individual performance.

SLINGR Tone Analyzer is now available on the Slack App Store.

SLINGR is a customer and task management application that brings integrated solutions to Slack teams of any size. IBM Watson™ Tone Analyzer is SLINGRS' first artificial intelligence endpoint.
