Paul Johnson Drywall Names Gary Monteilh New Vice President and General

PHOENIX - Oct. 27, 2016 - PRLog -- Paul Johnson Drywall, Inc. has hired Gary Monteilh as the firm's vice president and general counsel.  In this position, Mr. Monteilh will oversee corporate compliance matters, manage outside counsel and actively engage in early dispute resolution of business and legal issues.

Mr. Monteilh, who previously served as corporate counsel for several top general contractors in the southwest, brings extensive experience dealing with legal matters associated with the construction and home building industries. In addition, he is experienced in advising senior management on business planning, operations and business practices. His knowledge of key industries will serve to provide Paul Johnson Drywall's senior management team with insight into effective business practices, risk management, safety oversight, compliance matters and the development of policies and procedures to facilitate the company's growth.

Prior to earning his law degree, Mr. Monteilh was certified public accountant for a national public accounting firm and worked primarily with a national real estate developer involved in acquisition, construction, operations, tax planning and disposition of large commercial projects.

Mr. Monteilh received his law degree from Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of law in 1990. He earned his Master of Taxation degree from Arizona State University in 1984, and in 1983 he graduated with his Bachelor of Science in accounting and production/operations management from Arizona State University.
