Recruiters and Human Resources will then utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to disqualify one half of the applicants. Further requirements narrow the search down by another 80 which leaves around 20 resumes to review. Those 20 applicants are skimmed to trim down to around three to six candidates to call in for interviews.
