Bobbitt's Renovation Team Completes Remodeled Facilities

RALEIGH, N.C. - Oct. 3, 2016 - PRLog -- Led by industry veteran Tom Caruso, Bobbitt Design Build's renovation team has recently finished a number of fit-up projects in the Triangle. A few of these projects include offices for a specialty dental practice in Durham and a non-profit in Chapel Hill along with a charter school in Durham.

Dr. Roger A. McDougal, DDS, MS, PA, recently made the move to a new building on East Hwy 54 in Durham. The 1,750-square-foot building will be used for endodontic procedures such as root canals, apicoectomies and treatment for cracked teeth. The interior features ceramic tile floors, luxury vinyl tile flooring, case work and granite counter tops. There is cherry wood based trim in the reception area along with three exam rooms and a doctor's office with a private bathroom.

Bobbitt built a larger workplace for Oak Foundation, an organization that funds programs around the world in global issues such as global warming, education, and health, and had its second expansion completed by Bobbitt Design Build on 55 Vilcom Center Drive, Suite 340, in Chapel Hill. The expansion includes 1,400 square feet for employees with new offices and a conference room. It features bamboo flooring in the break room, green cabinetry and a glass wall overlooking the conference room.

Kesteral Heights, a charter school in Durham, has a new 30,432-square-foot addition for students to use this fall thanks to Bobbitt. Needing more space for students, the school now consists of a multi-purpose room, two music rooms and two dance rooms. Kesteral Heights is located on 4700 S. Alston Ave.
