| Kent State University's College of Business Administration to Host CollegeWeekLive WebcastBy: Kent State University The live webcasts enable online, live and interactive prospective student engagement throughout the enrollment process. The live webinar and chats will allow potential graduate students to speak with a panel of current international graduate students from India and China who are completing their first year of the MBA program at Kent State. The panel will address topics such as why students chose to attend Kent State University, how their experiences have compared to their expectations and the advantages, challenges and adjustments of earning an American graduate business degree. Dates for the 12-hour live chats are August 31, November 16, February 15 and May 10. One-hour webcasts hosted by the College of Business Administration are slated for 9 to 10 a.m. on October 11, November 29, December 13, February 7, March 7 and April 11. Each webcast will be followed by a one-hour live chat session with representatives from the College of Business Administration. "The all-day live chat will give prospective students an opportunity to ask questions and get answers in real time," said Louise Ditchey, academic program director in the graduate programs office. "We will be discussing issues regarding curriculum, admission requirements, student life and unique features of Kent State University. We look forward to talking with candidates from all over the world on this day." The College of Business Administration's Graduate Office offers many tools to assist international students in their college search, including live streaming video presentations from admissions experts, guidance counselors, admissions officers and current college students with real time Q&A sessions; electronic brochures and course catalogs; campus images and videos and real-time IM and video chat between students and school representatives.
