'Star Quality Experience' becomes an Amazon Best Seller within 24 hours of release
Monica's book is available on Amazon in paperback and kindle formats. The kindle link went live on 26 August 2016 and within 24 hours her book was on the Amazon Best Sellers list for Hospitality, Travel and Tourism and hit the Number 3 spot.
In her latest book Monica writes about the 7 R's to creating memorable guest journeys. She takes the reader through actionable steps which are backed up by industry examples from esteemed hoteliers, and exercises she has created that can be applied immediately to any hotel business.
