'Star Quality Talent' hits the Amazon Kindle Best Sellers list for Hospitality

This book is divided into three sections. The first section looks at the inspiring career stories of people who work in the industry, which gives an idea of its scope and scale. At the end of each career story there is a link to the full video interview that was carried out with these hospitality professionals.

The second section gives top tips and advice on how to get a job our industry, using the acronym HOSPITALITY.  It reveals some of the tools that recruiters use, but don't tell you about. The focus is very much on the soft skills, attitude, behaviour and social interaction that are expected of people working in this industry.

The third section looks at the training, support and guidance available throughout your hospitality career. Again, there are video links to interviews that were carried out with these organisations and these go into more detail about how they can help.
