AFEA Expands by Adding Chapter in Morehead City, NC

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Aug. 30, 2016 - PRLog -- The American Financial Education Alliance is dedicated to providing financial education and increasing financial literacy within communities all over the country. Today, the Board of Directors has chosen to continue to do just that, by unanimously voting Jerry Alford as the new Chapter President of AFEA's Morehead City, NC.

With the addition of Jerry as the new Chapter President, AFEA is expanding its geographical footprint to cover the area of Morehead City, NC and will be offering free educational workshops within this area.  For the past 10 years, Jerry has concentrated on individuals age 50 and over. This group needs strategic planning going into retirement. Jerry specializes in coaching individuals in the retirement planning process and focusing on their specific needs. Jerry has been married for over 30 years with 3 adult children. He is also a volunteer for a local nursing home where he will occasionally play the guitar for the residents.

AFEA is thrilled to have Jerry join their team and assist them in their mission of creating financial clarity within communities all over the country.
