The CEM300 comes with the Intel® Pentium® N3710 and Celeron® N3160/N3060 SoC processors for high performance and scalable CPU options. The CEM300 also delivers outstanding computing, graphics and media performance through its Intel® Gen 8 graphics engine, DirectX 11.1, OpenGL 4.2, 3D features and 4K resolution support. The CEM300 is designed to meet the challenging needs of many industries including industrial IoT automation controllers, medical imaging, retail/POS/kiosk applications and more.

The CEM300 comes with rich I/O options including LVDS (18/24-bit single channel), one DDI port supporting HDMI/DVI/DisplayPort, four PCI Express lanes, two SATA-600 interfaces, one Gigabit LAN port, two USB 3.0 ports, eight USB 2.0 ports, four DIO channels and an optional embedded DisplayPort. An LPC bus is also available for easy connection to legacy I/O interfaces. To enable fast turnkey evaluation, Axiomtek also provides CEB94008, the COM Express® type 10 carrier board to operate with CEM300. To ensure reliability and stability, hardware monitoring and Watchdog Timer are supported. The CEM300 runs well with Windows® 7/8.1/10 and Linux operating systems. It also supports Axiomtek's AXView 2.0 intelligent remote management software.
