Santa Cruz, CA - Author and local resident, David Davis, has published his first novel, titled Coventry.

This modern-day based, fact filled, narrative examines the United States, and its role in the world today, and leads the rest of the world to believe they can achieve peace, prosperity, and other worthwhile goals, only if America is not involved.

Cut off from trade, travel, and communication of every type, Americans struggle to adjust to life only within its borders for at least the next 100 years.

Citing over one hundred documented sources, the novel takes place in a world where America's standing as the greatest and freest country in the world is examined.
