Cultivate UT Announces Launch Party to Kickoff Blogger Workshop & Networking Series

SALT LAKE CITY - July 25, 2016 - PRLog -- Some of Utah's most influential bloggers have banded together with coding school DevMountain to create Cultivate, a workshop & networking series geared towards providing valuable networking and educational resources for local bloggers of all levels and niches.

The #cultivateyourblog kickoff party will be held on Wednesday, July 27^th at the DevMountain campus in Provo, Utah, and will feature photo opps, treats, giveaways, a networking party and a presentation with quick and easy ideas for amping up your blogging game.

The first official workshop/networking party will be held on August 24^th at the downtown Salt Lake City DevMountain location, and will feature Destiney LaVonia of powerhouse blog & brand @MomCrushMonday, with an in-depth presentation on building a brand as a blogger or social media influencer.

The bloggers behind Cultivate include Lauryn Hock of Lauryncakes (www.lauryncakes.com), Jennifer Booth of Mommy & Kumquat (www.mommyandkumquat.com), Bri Rios of Breezy Days (www.breezydaysblog.com), Aleigh Moore of For the Joy of Life (www.aleighjoymoore.com) and Jazmin Turley of Keepin' it Fresco (www.keepinitfresco.com).

"Our goal is to help bloggers enrich their business strategy, nail their branding, engage with their followers and develop their skills on their way to blogging success," says Lauryn.

Cultivate will hold monthly two part workshops beginning in August; each event will consist of a 30-45 minute presenation from a local blogging or social media expert, followed by a 15 minute break out group where the presentation topic is discussed by attendees, questions are posed and difficulties are conquered. Every event concludes with an hour long networking party, where attendees can mingle with likeminded individuals, connect with brands and meet their blogging heroes.
