Mr. Ved Bhatia, MBA (HRM), is a Life Member of the NIPM (National Institute of Personnel Management) Kolkata. HRD (including Training) and research have been his niche areas. Post-retirement from a Group 'A' post from GOI, where he performed full range of Personnel and Administrative functions, Mr. Bhatia functioned as the Management Faculty (Visiting) to Engineering students for over four years at the reputed YMCA Institute of Engineering (now University) and for two and a half years  at  the Post Graduate Govt. Nehru College, Faridabad, teaching HRM, Organization & Development, Strategic Management to MBA students. He has also functioned as a Supervisory Guide for over fifty MBA students for successful completion of their MBA (Final) dissertation/research thesis.

During the above Academic pursuits, Mr. Bhatia also delved deep into research on Ethical Values and many of his articles were published in the reputed Vedic Science Journal including Vedic Ethics and Values, Human Values from Bhagavat Gita, Ethical Values in Manusamriti, Vidura Niti and Chanakya Nitisastra.
