Free Houzz University Events for Professionals in Westchester NY

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. - July 15, 2016 - PRLog -- SunBlue Energy will host an interactive, hands-on Houzz presentation for architects, interior designers and all home improvement contractors. SunBlue Energy will also be hosting a separate more advanced Houzz Tools presentation with a networking opportunity with the Global Pros themselves. Each event will run for two hours, during which Houzz experts will work side-by-side with attendees to help create compelling professional profiles on the online community dedicated to architecture, interior design, landscape design and home improvement in addition to teaching attendees how to use Houzz's new tools and professional features. All attendees will learn how to maximize their online presence and connect with both local and global professionals and potential clients.

During this interactive, hands-on presentation, Houzz experts will work with you side-by-side to help you create a compelling, complete professional profile on Houzz to attract new clients and promote your brand.

By the end of this workshop you will have a profile that includes the following:

·       A powerful business description
·       Search engine optimized photos of your work
·       Requests for reviews from past clients and colleagues
·       In this workshop, we will also teach you how to use Ideabooks to effectively communicate with your clients to shorten and improve the design process.

Required Things to Bring:

·       Personal laptop (no iPad or tablet)
·       5+ high quality photos of your work on your computer
·       3+ email addresses of previous clients from whom you would like to request reviews
·       A profile photo for your Houzz profile

This session will also include the latest Houzz tools, including Site Designer, Ideabooks, Sketch, and more. A Houzz expert will walk through the newest features so you can make the most out of your Houzz presence.

By the end of this workshop you will master:

·       New tools that will help you communicate with clients
·       How to manage your online presence and reputation
·       How to leverage Houzz on your website and other social media pages

Attendees will gain integral industry knowledge from Houzz experts, and will leave the session with a polished and professional profile of their own. The course also offers one AIA, ASID, NKBA & NAHB (HBA) continuing education credit to further attendee's professional training.
