By: Transmosis Partners in the grant consortium include the Governor's Office of Emergency Services, Cisco, Symantec, Palo Alto Networks, Xilinx, workforce investment boards, and the Division of Apprenticeship Standards. Transmosis will serve as the Workforce Intermediary in building bridges with employers looking to develop a cybersecurity talent pipeline into their organizations. Transmosis be the bridge between the public and private sectors by developing relationships with technology employers, job seekers, and educational partners to define pathways into cybersecurity employment. The Transmosis model decreases company recruiting expenditures, including the rising cost per hire and rehire costs.
