What does Co-housing and Tiny Homes have in common?

They are both options to solve our housing crisis in the bay area. The biggest challenge is giving up! We must come together to learn and solve this problem.

FREMONT, Calif. - July 6, 2016 - PRLog -- There are many challenges with housing affordabiltiy in the Bay areas including Fremont, CA. The idea that co-housing could come together with tiny homes to create affordable and liveable communities. Rather than giving up, come join us for a conversation on how we the people can create solutions rather than some sicty councils choose to turn a blind eye.


Affordable housing affects the homeless, retail workers, fast food worker, restaurant employees, all the services and products people buy. Even people who have children say their children have to move away as they can't afford to live in their home town.

Come join us for a discussion on this HOT topic that no one in power wants to discuss. The Mission Peak Unitarian Univeralist Church, in Fremont, CA is hosting this series of disscussions. We hope you come and join us! If you can't come send your friends.   Let's hear your voice.

Raines & Betsy will lead the conversation about Co-housing and Aaron & Candace will lead the conversation about Tiny Homes.

Raines & Betsy  Co-founders of Planning for Sustainable Communities, helping intentional communities draft their agreements and operational guidelines. Betsy holds a Ph.D in City & Regional Planning from U.C.Berkeley and offers her perspective having served MTC/ABAG and the Bay Area Equity Collaborative in planning for climate change.

Candace & Aaron have lived in their self- built tiny house on wheels for two years and blog about their experiences.
