Reel in up to $7,700 in prizes at the Gorge Fishing Derby Fundraiser by Utah Ducks Unlimited

MANILA, Utah - June 14, 2016 - PRLog -- Utah Ducks Unlimited is pleased to announce the 5th Annual Gorge Fishing Derby to be held on Saturday, June 25^th and Sunday, June 26^th. This year's derby BBQ and prize table will be held at The Hub with a lunch provided by The Hub.

Building on last year's record breaking attendance, derby organizers are offering more chances to win BIG!  This year's cash payout is a guaranteed $7,700 for the top four fish including a youth category, plus hundreds of door prizes.

Due to popular demand, there will be a Calcutta immediately following team check in Friday June 24^th at 7pm.  This promises to be a highlight of the derby.

Ducks Unlimited hats, can coozies and key chains will be available for sale at the derby.  Opportunity tickets for the popular Big Gun Giveaway will also be available for purchase.  The winner will have a selection of over 20 guns to choose from including a Benelli Super Black Eagle 12 gauge, Browning X Bolt Hunter 300 Win Mag and a Kimber 1911.

On Sunday during the BBQ opportunity tickets will be sold for a chance to win your choice of over 70 prizes such as Ruger American Rifle, DeWalt Lithium Ion 4-Tool Combo Kit, GoPro Hero 4+, Orca 140 Qt. Cooler and G-Loomis Rod Packages.

Annually the derby attracts up to 400 anglers to Lucerne Marina coming from Utah, Wyoming, Idaho & Colorado.
