The Shores at Breckenridge Begins Construction on Single-Family Residences

BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. - June 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Construction started recently on new single-family homes at The Shores at Breckenridge, a resort community located on 11 acres along Colorado's Blue River.

According to Noah Hahn, managing partner of Boulder-based Meriwether Companies, his firm received approval from the town of Breckenridge to begin constructing single-family residences - in addition to its existing duplex homes - earlier this year.

The residences expand choices for buyers seeking new single-family homes and an outdoor-oriented mountain lifestyle, said Hahn, whose company owns the community in partnership with San Diego-based Pathfinder Partners, LLC. "Demand for our duplexes has been high, so we are excited to also bring these new single-family homes to the market. Pre-sale interest in them has been really strong," he said.

Currently, the single-family residences include a 2,750-square-foot, three-bedroom home and a 2,350-square-foot, three-bedroom home.
