Business Owner K. Patrice Williams, J.D. Will Deliver Commencement Address at Baccalaureate Ceremony

FAIRFIELD, Calif. - May 16, 2016 - PRLog -- Business Owner K. Patrice Williams, J.D. will deliver the commencement address for the 23^rd Annual Upper Solano County Baccalaureate Program, an event presented by the local chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Tau Upsilon Omega.  The ceremony recognizes and rewards the accomplishments of outstanding graduating seniors of color from Fairfield-Suisun, Vacaville, Dixon and Travis school districts.  Over 20 students, their families, friends and supporters are expected to participate.  The affair will be held on Sunday, May 22^nd, from 3 pm to 5 pm at St. Stephen CME Church, 2301 Union Avenue, Fairfield.  Admission is free and everyone is invited to attend.

"I am looking forward to sharing experiences that I hope will be helpful and inspirational to this group of young people who are already well on their way to a bright future," says Williams, owner of BrandGOV, a lobbying and public affairs firm.

In addition to Williams, the ceremony will feature a student speaker and singer; remarks about each of the graduates' lives, interests and future goals; and a presentation of a certificate of recognition to each honoree.  The sorority's scholarship recipients will also be acknowledged at the event.
