These questions are specifically related to company performance in the categories of customer service, technical service and complaint handling, product quality and interactions with sales management.

Greiner Bio-One products and support services are consistently ranked high by customers and, in 2016, those who responded to the survey provided the highest ratings to date on performance in "Product Reliability and Quality" and "Customer Care/Service" averaging scores of 4.6 out of 5.0.
