Libman Education Helps Chesapeake Regional Healthcare to "Grow its Own Coders"

BEDFORD, Mass. - April 28, 2016 - PRLog -- Chesapeake Regional Healthcare has enrolled three coders in Libman Education's "Grow Your Own Coder" program. This model of progressive learning integrates online courses with real-world experience and mentoring that is tailored to an organization's particular medical coding needs.

Chesapeake Regional Healthcare's goal is for its trainees to become proficient in either inpatient or outpatient coding. Two of the coders began training in December (with one training in inpatient coding and the other in outpatient), and another coder more recently began inpatient coder training.
