Pioneer of Colorado Wild-Foraged Bitters, Syrups and Teas unveils a fresh take on historic classic beverages.

Silver Plume, CO (April 2016) - DRAM Apothecary (http://dramapothecary.com/), tastemakers of gourmet bitters, syrups and teas are expanding their offerings with the launch of DRAM Herbal Sodas (https://dramapothecary.com/collections/sodas) and Sparkling Switchels, in collaboration with Denver based Rocky Mountain Soda Company.

Debut Soda Flavors: Soda flavors will include their signature Pine (https://dramapothecary.com/collections/sodas/products/herbal-pine-soda-4-pack) flavor as well as an Herbal Tonic and Salted Grapefruit flavor. The sodas are designed to be enjoyed alone, or mixed into craft cocktails.

Debut Switchel Flavors: Switchel flavors include Ginger and Alpine Berry and are crafted from a blend of Colorado Apple Cider Vinegar, Colorado Wildflower honey and organic roots, fruits and berries. Switchel is a drink historically enjoyed by farmers to keep them hydrated and energized throughout the day.

"We're excited be the first to offer sparkling Switchels to our customers, as it's a truely unique beverage we enjoy ourselves regularly, with a luxurious balanced tart and sweet flavor, plus the added health benefits of daily Apple Cider Vinegar consumption." said DRAM Apothecary founder Shae Whitney. "The flavor profiles of the sodas are unique and crafted using wild Colorado plants we forage ourselves. As a long-time bartender, I'm thrilled to release an Herbal Tonic perfect for mixing with a high quality gin. The Salted Grapefruit soda was designed for bar mixing as well, and makes for a killer Paloma cocktail, one of my long time favorite tequila drinks."

Like all other DRAM products, the sodas and sparkling switchels are made with all natural ingredients, allowing the true flavors of the plant essences to shine through. The entire DRAM line is gluten-free, OU Kosher certified, caffeine-free, sodium-free, GMO-free and made without artificial flavors or colors.
