RSM Ranked No. 5 on Accounting Today's Top 100 Firms List

The publication's special report indicates that overall growth for the Top 100 Firms was 9.32 percent, up a percentage point from the roughly 8 percent figure for the four years prior. Much of this year's growth was driven by merger activity, and RSM was no exception. RSM M&A activities highlighted in Accounting Today's special report include:

• May 2015 - joined forces with Alabama-based Sellers, Richardson, Holman & West
• August 2015 - joined forces with PKF San Francisco and St. Louis-based Wolfe Nilges Nahorski
• December 2015 - joined forces with Dynamics AX provider Junction Solutions.

Another RSM highlight mentioned by Accounting Today: the firm (formerly McGladrey) rebranded as RSM US LLP in October 2015, uniting fellow firms from more than 120 countries in the RSM International network under a common brand.
