About the Author: Henry Rex Greene is a hematologist and oncologist who lives in Florida. He has practiced in California, Ohio, Michigan, and New Hampshire. Active in "medical politics," he served on the California Medical Association's ethics council. His wife Mary Jo is a hospice/palliative care nurse. His other books in the series are The Class of 1969, about medical student activism at the end of the '60s, and Thirteen Months a Year, a transformational year of internship at County Hospital.
