Eleanore Decos Named Marketing and Social Media Coordinator for Mon Group

SHREWSBURY, N.J. - Feb. 16, 2016 - PRLog -- D.R. Mon Group, Mon Group Properties and its family of independent companies is pleased to announce that Eleanore Decos has joined its team as marketing and social media coordinator.

In this role Decos is in charge of designing brand engagement programs, developing sales and marketing collateral and maintaining the company’s online presence through its website and social media channels.

“Eleanore is tasked with engaging all of our stakeholders in the Mon Group brand,” states Dean Mon, CEO and founder of Mon Group. “It is important to us that everyone from our residents to our employees, suppliers, trade associates and the community-at-large knows that we care. We want to develop a community, not just a building. Eleanore’s job is to bring everyone together for the benefit of all.”

Decos will accomplish this by organizing community events for Mon Group’s residents, connecting residents and the Mon Group team on social media, creating a community newsletter, communicating what Mon Group is doing with all of its stakeholders and developing programs to foster community relations.

A resident of Ocean Township, NJ, Decos held several management positions in the retail industry prior to joining Mon Group where she was well-recognized for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
