ROYSTON, U.K. - Feb. 3, 2016 - PRLog -- If you work full-time within the UK you’re entitled to a break of some sorts but do you, or maybe more to the point, can you always enjoy this? According to poll carried out by CVbrowser (http://www.cvbrowser.com/), only 20% of respondents said they always take their full lunch break.

Just over half of participants answering the question 'do you take your full lunch break every day' replied 'Yes, when I have time' suggesting they are required to miss their break from time to time in order to keep up with their work loads. If you add to this the group that said they 'never have time' to take their full break, you get an alarming high 70% of people who feel that they need to miss out on their breaks in order to keep up with their workload.

Of the 29% that said they 'never' take a lunch break, 19% cited time as the main reason and 10% pointed the finger at company culture as the reason for their lack of rest.

This survey was carried out by CVbrowser, a popular careers site, from the 26 January to the 1 February 2016 and was answered by 267 people.
