In addition to winning, the Smart Meter Installation Company were also shortlisted for the Innovation of the Year Award, and Customer Engagement Award, at the central London event which recognises excellence in smart technology throughout the European utilities industry.

Beating fierce competition Trojan impressed the judging panel with their bespoke approach to service delivery. From providing each client with a client centred approach, rather than an off the shelf service, to the creation of a bespoke IT system that enables successful operational delivery, Trojan were chosen as a cut above the rest.
