Randall Martin Closes Deal, 70 Acres in Marana, Arizona

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Jan. 26, 2016 - PRLog -- Randall Martin, a real investment and development firm focused on the Southwest, recently closed on 70-acres in North Marana, Arizona. The purchase for $2.25 million includes lots for as many as 280 new homes.

The 70-acre purchased from the Barnett Family Trust is part of the Villages at Barnett located in North Marana adjacent to Tangerine Farms and Loop Road extension.

This is the fourth major acquisition for Randall Martin in North Marana since 2011. The company previously partnered with Soundview Real Estate Partners on the purchase of three commercial parcels near the Villages at Barnett. They also hold more than 800 acres of residential and commercial land that is located within the master-plan of Sanders Grove in Marana.
