Not intended to add volume where it already exists, instead the Divine Original inserts are designed to lift and bring the bustline back together, to enhance cleavage and give a boost for D, DD+ and Up cup sizes.  Meanwhile, the Divine Triangle is particularly helpful in creating a smooth profile with swimsuits and athletic gear as well.
