The Dry Season is Festival Time! La temporada seca es el festival Time!

DAVID CITY, Panama - Jan. 6, 2016 - PRLog -- The locals are going crazy!

Not really.  The dry season marks the star of Festival Season.  So, in and around Quebrada de Piedra, Panama:

January 30 – Feb 9: Feria de la Candelaria, Chiriquí,  is celebrated in many areas of Chiriqui

March 13-18: San José de Tolé Fair, Chiriquí province

Both are fantastic opportunities to check out the local culture.  The festival hall in Quebrada de Piedra is about 2 miles from Villa Desperado. (http://thevillasatquebradadepiedra.com/villadesperadopanama)

Why stay here?

Many of our guests, who are extensive travellers in their sixties, have told us that Quebrada de Piedra, Panama reminds them of Costa Rica in the 1970s.  Others, young surfers in their teens to twenties, would say that the surf without the crowds is what brought them.  The fisherman  would all tell of their adventures to Hanibal Bank and Coiba Island.  Still others just come for a few days of rest and relaxation.

So whatever you reason is, we stand ready to help you enjoy yourself.
