PRLog -- JThink software have announced a new release of the renowned SongKong Tagger with support for song
BPM &
mood identification.
SongKong is already well known as the easiest way to identify songs in a users music library. Matching is totally automated and there are no limits on how many songs can be identified. Songs are identified using acoustic fingerprinting as well as the usual metadata matches ensuring that almost any song can be identifed. SongKong adds cover art and detailed metadata about every song.
But now with the latest release SongKong uses acoustic analysis to identify the
BPM and
Mood of the song.
Paul Taylor, founder of JThink says 'Knowing the BPM (Beats per Minute) of your songs is great for many purposes, its required for proper beatmixing when DJ-ing and matching your BPM to your running pace can help when running. Knowing the mood of the song is fantastic for creating playlists to suit your mood or an event such as a dinner party or romantic evening.'
SongKong is available for Windows, Mac and Linux.
